Health & Safety Policy
At Summit Marine Scaffolding Ltd, health and safety is of paramount importance.
We insist that all scaffolds conform to the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996 and all the current BS EN 12811-1 standards for Scaffolding, together with the use of TG20 and SG4 guidance. Site-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments are produced as a statutory requirement for all scaffolds.
All of our scaffolds are Inspected by a trained and competent member of staff before a hand-over certificate is issued. We also offer an ongoing scaffold inspection service if required. All employees are fully Qualified under the CISRS scheme and regular toolbox talks are also given to ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
We continue to address all of our Health and Safety issues with our Independent team of Health and Safety Advisors, Clarke Health and Safety Consultants.
